ORDER TRACKING, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
We are not able to change or cancel any orders once they are placed. Please check your order details and shipping information before you place your order.
Q. Can I make changes to the shipping address?
Unfortunately, you are not able to make changes to your shipping address once the order is placed.
Q. Can I check where my order is?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you should receive information that would help you track your order. It may take 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our orders ship from Dallas, TX with Standard Shipping taking up to 7 business days. Orders made after 3 pm CST will be fulfilled the next business day.
Q. What should I do if my product(s) in my order arrive damaged or defective?
Please send an email to info@natureandalchemy.com within 48 hours from the order delivery. Please include the photos of the damage or defect and detail description to facilitate a faster resolution. All damage or defect claims will be addressed within 48 hours of the email receipt and replacements will be issued for eligible items.
Q. Can I return product(s) from my order?
At this time, we are not able to issue you a refund but you can get full credit for the amount of the product(s) you ordered. Please contact info@natureandalchemy.com for additional information if you intend to return a product.
To get credit for the return, few conditions must be fulfilled as noted below:
- Credit can be issued if an item is returned within 15 days from delivery
- Item must be returned with its original packaging
- Item must be returned to the address provided by Nature and Alchemy team
Once your item is received back, it would be inspected and credit will be issued to you via an email address provided by you. Please note that the shipping charges would remain non-refundable.
Q. Can I order products to be shipped to outside of U.S.?
At this time, we are only shipping within Continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories) . We are working on setting up international delivery in the near future.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $75 will be shipped for free within Continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories).

Q. Do you use all natural ingredients?
We use all cosmetic grade ingredients and majority of our ingredients are completely natural. The detail list of each and every ingredient used in each product is listed on the product label and on our website.
Q. What Nature and Alchemy products do you recommend to a first-time user?
We recognize that skincare needs differ for every individual. However, we consider Rose Saffron Gel Cream as our flagship product that is suitable for all skin types.
Q. What is the shelf-life of your products?
We recommend to use our products within 6 months from opening the package. The shelf-life of the products could differ based on storage conditions such as temperature, moisture, light, etc.
Q. What kind of fragrances do you use in your products?
We only use essential oils in our products for fragrances in our products and are generally considered safe for all skin types.
